Distrubing Admission by Owner J. Y.

FLASH--FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fantasy team owner, J.Y. earlier this morning release a video showing the official coin flip that made D. C. the 10th owner in our league.



Shortly after J.Y. release the video he sent an email that said:

"Coin flip legitimacy in question: Young may offer insight to behind the scenes action at coin flip…may not be original footage…audio tape may offer clues to true winner…developing"

Mr. Y. was correct. There is audio revealing the true winner of the coin flip as D. C.. D.C.won the filp after J.Y. refused to certify the first flip because of his admitted failure to properly record the outcome.

Furthermore, it appears that J.Y. may have an agenda in stirring up baseless alegations against the league's commissioner. When J.Y.was asked to confirm, before the coin flip took place, that it would be the official flip J.Y.said, "I, I don't want that on there." Only after being pressed on the question did J.Y. agree that because of his error that the second flip would be the official one.

B. A., COMMISSIONER: This is the official coin flip.

Y.: What? No I haven’t started the, the, the…

A.: No, No. This is the official coin flip according to Jim Young, who refused to accept the first coin flip because he didn’t record it correctly. Is this true, Jim?

Y.: I, I don’t want that on there.

A.: Jim, is this true?

Y.: I plead the 8th.

A.: Jim, is this true?

Y.: YES.

A.: YES.

(CROSSTALK)

A.: You refuse to accept the first one because your recording messed up?

Y.: That’s fine. That’s going to lead to a… Yes, yes, yes.

A.: Thank you.

Y.: Alright, see your face?

A.: And yours.

Y.: Eagle.

A.: Uh, Jim Young will be the official witness. I will be flipping the coin…I will flip it around at random in my hand.

A.: Heads will be Dan Comstock

Y.: Heads, Comstock

A.: Tails will be Aaron Coats

Y.: Tails, Aaron Coats

A.: Whoever’s side lands up…If heads is up Comstock stays in, tails is up Coats stays in, and I will not look as I flip.
